By accessing or using NoticeFly ("we", "our", or "us"), including our mobile application and web service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NoticeFly provides a platform for creating and managing notification channels, publishing notices, and delivering push notifications to followers. Channel owners may create channels and publish content. End users may follow to channels and receive notifications on their devices.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Channel owner accounts are intended for legitimate organizational or personal notification use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk notifications
• Publish content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, or infringes others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Channel Owner Responsibilities

If you create channels as a channel owner, you are solely responsible for the content you publish and the notifications you send. You must have the right to share any content you upload. You should obtain appropriate consent from followers where required by law. We may suspend or remove channels that violate these Terms.

6. Follower Responsibilities

By subscribing to a channel, you consent to receive push notifications from that channel. You may unfollow at any time through the app or by disabling notifications in your device settings. You are responsible for managing your follow preferences.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by NoticeFly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and publish. By publishing content through the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content as needed to operate the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app or channel owner settings, or by contacting us. Channel owners must delete or transfer their channels before account deletion can complete. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will always be delivered. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoticeFly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
